Just a jump from the city there can be anything, for example, a cable car. We are most grateful, when the nature is only a short distance from the city, where we can relax. So let's look at what it looks like with the mountains near the larger cities in the Balkans. So that the journey into nature does not take long, we will try to look at the cities that have their cable cars directly to the mountains.

Continue readingAt 6:15 a.m. as every morning, we were woken up by muesin. The light from the minaret was reflected on the roof covered with white duvet. "Snijeg, snijeg !!!!" (snow, snow) I cried excitedly. What would the mountains be and a visit to the Winter Olympics city in December without snow ?! After a while we were all excited about jumping out of bed for the last day in this town, which was supposed to be a winter sports celebration.

The first day in Sarajevo was in the spirit of Ottoman culture and history. The next day we had the program a bit sadder. Unfortunately, an inseparable part of Sarajevo is the warthat accompanied the collapse of the former Yugoslavia and the emergence of a new state Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sarajevo had about 530,000 inhabitants before the war. In the city lived side by side Serbs, Croats and Bosnians, Christians (Orthodox and Catholics), Muslims and Jews. This fact was probably not the will of politicians and unfortunately someone else
